Accrued sessions are charged to your account at the end of the month.

Quality coaching will give you the right tools needed to reach your goals. Jerry is always focused on getting you one step closer by giving you the right plan outside of your personal training sessions. In addition to a great workout, every session Jerry will follow up on your independent workouts and nutrition program. Many times following a solid nutritional plan can be the hardest part of your fitness program. Having a great coach to help you overcome the many obstacles standing in the way of proper nutrition will allow you to quickly establish healthy eating habits. Motivation is also key to maintaining a good exercise and nutrition program. Sometimes people need a coach to spark enthusiasm to get back on track. As some one who lives a fitness lifestyle, Jerry has years of first hand experience in exercise, nutrition and what it takes to achieve optimal results.
