The reason why you might hold fat in your thighs or pectoral region is due to an overexposure to estrogen. Certain toxins from polluted air or water, chemicals in personal products, plastics, and pesticides are considered xenoestrogens. These are toxins that mimic estrogen causing them to not only act like estrogen, but also disrupt the metabolism of estrogen. These toxins can also come from certain foods, birth control, and other sources. Also know that each region of the body has specific receptor sites in the fat cells which certain toxins like to bind to. The problem is that once this fat becomes “toxic”, it then becomes difficult to lose. In the case of bad estrogens, they like binding to fat tissue in the thighs and pectoral region.
The same is true for pectoral fat, but typically this can be from testosterone aromatizing (converting) into estrogen. In this case it is not only important to metabolize and excrete the bad estrogens, but also block the aromatization process.
Stay clear of plastics containing BPA
Eliminate personal products with parabens and phthalates (stop using Axe deodorant, dude)
Stay clear of solvents
NEVER heat food in plastic containers or with plastic packaging
DO NOT eat soy products
Use a water filter
Use a shower filter
Step2: Proper nutrition and base supplementation
A solid nutrition plan is essential to equip your body for complete estrogen elimination. Without it, all the other steps will minimally affect your fat loss progress. A base supplementation program of high quality fish oils, multi-vitamin, HCL (improve digestion), D3, etc., will allow your body to become optimally efficient and healthy. This will allow targeted supplements to be fully absorbed and utilized.
Step 3: Targeted Supplementation = Rapid Results
Targeted supplementation to eliminate estrogens and block aromatase is where rapid fat loss will occur. Fat will quickly drop off in this phase and many clients report overall health improvements in addition to fast, phenomenal results. It is important to have high quality supplements at the right dosage for optimal results. Taking 1 capsule of low quality DIM per day, for example, will not produce any results. Much higher quality, quantity, and added synergistic supplements are needed for desired effects.
Fast, targeted fat loss is attainable through proper nutrition and hormonal balancing. To learn more about rapid targeted fat loss check out the Biosignature page.
