In addition to a great workout, every session Jerry will follow up on your independent workouts and nutrition program. Many times following a solid nutritional plan can be the hardest part of your fitness program. Having a great coach to help you overcome the many obstacles standing in the way of proper nutrition will allow you to quickly establish healthy eating habits. Motivation is also key to maintaining a good exercise and nutrition program. Sometimes people need a coach to spark enthusiasm to get back on track.
